After thirty years as a state employee, Jack DeBell retired from the University of Colorado, where he developed programs that balance protection of the environment, peoples’ well-being, and fiscal effectiveness.  Jack carries on as a “well-respected and regarded leader” in the Zero Waste & Sustainability industry: training future leaders and advocating for people, and the planet for prospering through our most vexing challenges.
